Dear Incoming Class of 2029 families,
Hello future Matadors! We're so excited to welcome you to our school community in August 2025. If this is the first time your family will have a student at Miramonte, you are about to discover a wonderful, new world of greater opportunities, more choices, and massive intellectual and emotional growth. Beginning soon, you’ll be able to find class-specific important dates and deadlines, events, volunteer opportunities, and more here. In the meantime, take a look at our New Family Page, reach out to the Parents' Club Board with questions, and indicate your volunteer interests on this volunteer interest form – we’d love to have you join our team!
Follow our Facebook and Instagram for helpful reminders and updates throughout the summer and school year. Look for your first communication from the Parents' Club in late August of 2025! Go Mats, and Go Class of 2029!
Warmly,
The MHS Parents' Club Board
We've got stripes, smiles, and school spirit - now all we need is a 4th parent to join our Parent Advisor team. Think of it as your chance to match our vibes (vertical, horizontal, or diagonal stripes all welcome).
All kidding aside, the Parent Advisor role is integral to ensuring that the Class of 2029 has the BEST high school experience EVER! Interested? Reach out and join our crew.
Moms AND Dads are welcome. It's not scary, we promise.
The Classes of 2028 & 2029 will co-host a Concessions Pop Up under the Friday Night Lights at our September 12 home football game. We will need all hands on deck to provide the goodies to sell so be on the lookout for a Sign Up Genius to land in your inbox soon! All proceeds will go back to the Classes of 2028 and 2029
Each year, we invite families to contribute to the Class Activity Fund, an annual donation that directly supports the Class of 2029 throughout their four years at Miramonte High School. This fund is essential in helping to create unforgettable experiences for our students, covering the costs of beloved events such as:
The success and overall experience of these events depend greatly on the funds raised through these donations. That’s why we aim for 100% participation every year—every contribution, big or small, makes a difference.
Please consider supporting our students by donating below. Thank you for helping us make these high school memories truly special.
Good news, the MATS Merch shop has reopened, so if you haven't ordered your student a Class of 2029 t-shirt, you can do so until September 2nd. Remember to drop something in the cart for yourself as parents need to rock their spirit wear too!

What is a Class Parent Advisor? The Parent Advisors are part of the Parents’ Club and serve as mentors to the Associated Student Body (ASB) Class Officers and as the liaisons between parents in the class, the Class Officers, and the Miramonte Student Leadership students. They work closely with each year’s Class Officers to establish goals, develop ideas for class activities and fundraising, raise money for the class, and help plan the class-specific events across all four years at Miramonte, including such events as Prom, Senior Ball, Time of Reflection, Senior Week, Grad Night, and many more. They raise money through the Class Activity Fund donations, several parent parties each year, class fundraisers (e.g., Casa Orinda dinners, Chipotle, Nation’s, Boo Bags), Finals Care Packages, and football game bake sales. They also secure chairs and volunteers for the various class events and send monthly newsletters to the class parents.
